Meet Our School Board

The Kellyville Board of Education is comprised of five members who are elected by the voting public of the Kellyville, Oklahoma school district. The school board is responsible for establishing district policy. The administration of Kellyville Schools is then responsible for implementing these policies and carrying out the day to day operations of the school. 

School Board members are elected by the constituents who live in the Kellyville school district and they are elected to five year terms. The school board is responsible for decisions pertaining to (but not limited to): personnel decisions, expenditures, school wide policy, legal decisions and budget approval. 

  • John Tuttle
    President Meet John Tuttle, President of the School Board with 32 years of dedicated service and a proud Kellyville resident for 66 years! As the System Director of Engineering at Saint Francis Health System, John is passionate about both his community and family. His vision for Kellyville Public Schools is to become the number one academic school in Creek County. In his free time, John enjoys church and spending time with his grandkids.
  • Stephanie Vinyard
    Vice President Meet Stephanie Vinyard, a dedicated member of the School Board for 3 years and currently serving as the Clerk. A Kellyville resident for 18 years, Stephanie is also an accounting manager at Tedford Insurance. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her daughter cheer and spending time with family. Her vision for Kellyville Public Schools is to ensure every student has access to the best educational opportunities possible – because they deserve it!
  • Julie Clayton
    Clerk Meet Julie Clayton, the Clerk of the School Board and a dedicated member for 14 years, proudly serving the Kellyville community for 30 years! Passionate about education, Julie works as a Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager at SpiritBank. Her vision for Kellyville Public Schools is to see growth and ensure every student succeeds in their chosen path. In her free time, Julie enjoys family, church, and reading.
  • Terry Wiggs
    Member Meet Terry Wiggs, a dedicated member of the school board for 6 1/2 years and a proud Kellyville resident for 19 1/2 years. Terry serves as Major (Detective Division Commander) at the Sapulpa Police Department and has a passion for going to the lake, fishing, and watching sports. His vision for Kellyville Public Schools is to make it the destination school district of Creek County, providing top-tier education and opportunities for our students.
